Wow! Visited the Bromley store. What a friendly store. We entered and Eloise just got the ‘vibe’. We had plenty of time to roam the dresses and with the help of the team we picked our top 4. The first dress was the one!

Shout out to Tahlia and Eloise for being so welcoming and making me feel stunning!

Ik had een hele goeie ervaring, werd begroet en gelijk geholpen. Had namelijk geen afspraak gemaakt. Ik had eerst jurken gepast die zij had aangeraden en mocht ook jurken passen die ik zelf uitgekozen heb toen ik even rond ging lopen, want dat mag namelijk ook. Ze luisteren goed van wat je leuk vind en niet. Echt een aanrader vooral dat het niet helemaal aan de dure kant ziet ✨👑

I went to the Stoke store today and was assisted by Julia. I was a little apprehensive before hand, being an older bride and not much body confidence, but I should not have worried. Julia made the whole experience amazing, immediately putting me at ease, and guiding me through the different options. I found my perfect dress (nothing at all like I envisaged). Julia is a credit to the store.

I was very nervous about trying on wedding dresses at my age (nearly 50). How wrong I was! The team are welcoming and put you at ease as soon as you arrive. I got an appointment the same day and had Sophie as my Consultant and wow she was AMAZING! I felt completely at ease in her company and trusted her choices completely which was well placed as she found me my perfect wedding dress! She listened to the bits I didn't like and the parts I loved and with this in mind went to find my dream dress!! On a side note (as it's all about me and my new fabulous dress!) Sophie then went on to find my sister her bridesmaid dress and accessories so we both walked away very happy. The store's Manager and Sophie's assistant were all fabulous and so accommodating. All the staff members I met were friendly and warm and they are all a credit to this business. If you want to feel special and listened to then this is the store for you!

There was no pressure to buy! Atmosphere was very relaxed and nothing felt like too much trouble. Highly recommend!

Diya was incredibly helpful, and so knowledgeable about the gowns she was showing.
She listened to what I wanted but also applied her own ideas, and I ended up choosing a completely different dress to what I thought!

Wonderful atmosphere coming into the Hull Wed2be store and colleagues always say hello once we enter. The lady who served me was very kind and efficient when I was collecting my bridesmaid dresses, ensuring that they were perfect to take away.

Ich bin relativ spontan in das Wed2b Geschäft in München gegangen, da meine Eltern zufällig in München zu Besuch waren und wir für meine Hochzeit im Juni 2027 nach Kleidern schauen wollten. Lena hat mich ganz wunderbar beraten und ich konnte es am Ende selbst kaum glauben, dass ich bei der ersten Anprobe MEIN Kleid gefunden habe! Vielen Dank an Lena und ihr Team für die wunderbare Erfahrung!

Very friendly pleasant staff, with great advice and tips. Not pushy, very much let you lead to what you want and have in mind . I found the perfect dress, My experience was very enjoyable.

Lena was incredible - it was my first time trying on wedding dresses, she really took the time to listen to what I wanted, what I did and didn’t like, didn’t make me feel silly or second guess. It was such a wonderful experience and it made it so easy to fall in love and say yes to the dress!! I had an amazing experience in wed2b ashford and Kirsty made me feel so comfortable and listened to all of my needs and wants. All of the staff at the store are lovely and very welcoming. I would highly recommend!

Today I went to the wed2b store in swansea and had the most amazing and magical experience! Daisy, Tiarna and kacey was honestly amazing, they calmed my nerves down being the first time trying on wedding dresses. They knew exactly what I was looking for and found my dream dress, they were so patient, kind and overall so supportive through my experience! The continuous compliments really made me feel relaxed and helped me make the most amazing decision! There was lots of laughter, smiles and crying when finding the dress thanks to these amazing women! Couldn’t recommend anywhere better than this store! Kacey for your first day you really made my experience so fun! you have such a bright future ahead in wed2b! Thank you so much ladies!!! Xx

I went into the Wed2b at the Forge today , and was quite anxious about trying on wedding dresses being a older bride and wanting something plain and simple and age appropriate yet still wanted to feel like a bride D’arcy was amazing and listened to my concerns and what I wanted she found me the perfect dress ,1st time accompanied with a lace balero to make it very classy looking , can’t praise D’arcy enough for her time and effort she put into helping me find my perfect wedding dress

You knew exactly what you were trying about and very in tune with what I would like and dislike. Getting me my PERFECT wedding dress!
Only request would be to have some bottles of water available as we were all very thirsty.

I was served by Nisha at the Shirley branch. I went on with no idea what I wanted or what to look at. She was amazing and guided me through. Trying various ones and saying yes to a dress. Very unexpected as I was determined I wasn’t going to find one. Highly recommend this branch

I came in on Wednesday to have a look at dresses not thinking I would find “the one” straight away- third dress on and it was my dress! Betsy was amazing. Asked questions about all aspects of the wedding to build a picture of my style and aesthetic, listened to what I liked and disliked and picked something perfect for me. I came in with a vision and came out with something far better, it’s absolutely gorgeous and I can’t wait to wear it on my big day! The whole experience was pleasant and really eased my anxiety trying to get things sorted so thank you Betsy <3
