Great experience no hard sell definitely recommend

Wat een fijne ervaring bij WED2B Eindhoven\! Ik ging samen met mijn zus, die op zoek was naar haar trouwjurk, en we zijn allebei super goed geholpen\. De medewerkers waren ontzettend vriendelijk, namen echt de tijd en zorgden ervoor dat mijn zus zich helemaal op haar gemak voelde\. Dankzij hun hulp heeft ze haar droomjurk gevonden\. Het was een bijzondere en gezellige ervaring die we niet snel zullen vergeten\. Zeker een aanrader voor iedere aanstaande bruid\! 🤍

Anne heeft me heel goed geholpen, alle uitleg was heel duidelijk en heeft heel goed geluisterd naar al mijn wensen waardoor ik nu met een gerust hart naar huis naar kan want ik heb mijn droomjurk gevonden ! Nogmaals hartstikke bedankt!

Wij waren erg blij met de hulp van Anne. Ze heeft mijn vriendin goed en duidelijk geholpen en geluisterd naar haar wensen. Ook vond ik het fijn dat we niet werden op gehaast omdat het bijna 17u was. Anne nam echt de tijd voor ons. Het was een top ervaring! Wed2Be is echt een aanrader!

At wed2b in the galleries Bristol, not only did they help me find my dress, they made me feel welcomed especially Kerry!!

They were very helpful with the bridesmaids dresses and my daughter’s flower girl dress!!

Initially i went to Stoke to find my dress. I had my favourites saved on the website. There were a couple of my faves in store and the lovely Amy was very attentive and helped me to try a few on. Thank you x
I loved one of them but there was one i was desperate to try. Amy found one in stock for me in Manchester so I went straight to the station and got on the next train out.
This was the one! I bought it and brought it home. Thank you Chloe for all your help. I had a great day

My first time trying on wedding dresses and I walked away with the second dress I tried on!
The staff at the Liverpool store were fabulous, from a lovely warm welcome on reception to my kind and patient consultant Donna. Despite the one I had seen and liked online not being available, I was given 5-6 similar styles dresses to try (all beautiful!). I did not feel rushed and was impressed by the size and quality of the changing rooms and seating. Good prices and would highly recommend - thank you!

Big thanks to Jorja who made my experience so special. She was so professional and made me feel very special. I said yes to the dress on my first visit, the dresses at Wed2b are beautiful and bespoke. I would definitely recommend visiting here, you won't be disappointed.

Staff members are polite and helpful

Staff are lovely and very helpful. The whole process was easy . Maria was very good at listening to what I wanted and nothing was a bother for her. I left with the perfect dress for me. I would recommend.

The staff were so kind and so helpful. I was having a pre-wedding nightmare and one of the ladies stayed late to help me find a dress. The dresses in stock were absolutely gorgeous and lovely quality. I saw all staff treat the other brides with kindness and respect and they had a great deal of knowledge regarding styles and alterations. Couldn’t fault my experience. Danni was exceptional

Ik ben heel fijn door Naomi geholpen. Ze heeft heel erg met me meegedacht en ook out of the box gedacht. Waardoor ik met de meest prachtige jurk de winkel ben uitgelopen.

After an awful experience at smaller boutiques the day before that were very pushy, rude and very unkind to me. Me and my
friend decided last minute to cancel plans for another small boutique and visit WED2B instead in Chelmsford. And what a complete turn around of experience ! Soon as we walked in I felt at ease, the very large breathable open space helped my anxiety, beautifully modern dressing rooms and clean modern floors. All staff were very bubbly, friendly and down to earth with absolutely no pressure to buy or try anything I didn’t want too. Aleasha who was my main dress helper was my perfect cup of tea and made me feel so happy with her fun, friendly, knowledgeable and happy personality. I didn’t just have one perfect dress to choose from I had 3! But went with the one that I originally have always dreamed of! Was so lovely Aleasha just understood me and what wedding dress I was after and everything else just flowed and we added in the perfect veil to suit the dress and me. I even got my little baby girl a similar beautiful dress to match mine and from such a great experience we are now in the process of buying my 3 bridesmaids dresses next ! Thank you WED2B Chelmford and Alesha for naturally lifting my mood and giving me the experience that every girl deserves to have in finding ‘the one’ ! :)

I found my dress and had a wonderful girl called Karla help me at the glasgow store!

The only reason it’s not 5 star is that the manager who was up training the staff from Leeds, wouldn’t let myself or my mother look at the dresses hanging, insisting ‘the stylist knew better.’ This was really disappointing. As the bride myself or my mum know me better than a stylist I’ve just met. Fortunately I had a dress catch my eye on the way to the changing room and asked the stylist to show me it, without that I wouldn’t have found my dress. I was in the Glasgow forge earlier that day and the girls couldn’t be more amazing walking around with us and showing us dresses that I might like. I assumed it would be the same experience here. When you’re spending so much on a dress you should be allowed to have a look, walk around and browse. This put a bit of a downer on what should have been an exciting experience as the training manager was really rude to my mum making her want to leave.

I visited Wed2b on the 20th July 2026 and it was a day I'll never forget! Carla was with me and she was nothing short of perfect with her knowledge of what would suit me and my preference to each dress. I came away with saying yes to a dress and it was such a perfect experience! Would recommend to anyone to visit Wed2be it's a lovely atmosphere and I felt very listened to and found the perfect dress! Thank you Carla! X

I am afraid my experience has not been that of the majority of Wed2B's customers. As I did not make it into the shop; having read all the reviews I arrived with my daugther on a Sunday morning at 10.45, at that point someone came to inform us that they were now fully booked till the shop shut. My daughter had travelled from Leighton Buzzard no effort was made to fit us in. I really feel that the advertising is completely false, you can not just walk in. I suggest that if any one wishes to visit Wed2B they are there when the shop opens. And be prepared to wait all day.

As we did not enter the shop I can not comment on staff or service.
