Good communication - poor result
Placed an order to a temporary address almost 3 weeks ahead of time. Had to follow up order 6 days later as no news of shipment. Communication that followed was good and consistent. However, a lack of speed resulted in the package arriving painfully 1 day too late.

Dispatch was significantly delayed
Dispatch was significantly delayed and only sent after numerous reminders.
Post purchase pricing variations and increased shipping too.
Overall, would not use again.
Delays meant we didnt get the materials delivered while we had trades on site.

We had to use a third-party person interstate to get this product from Adelaide out to them.
Otherwise there would have been nothing the buyer could use elsewhere within Australia!

We would highly recommend Dimitry to anyone looking to have their windows repaired. Great work, and thank you for your outstanding service!
