Very slow communication between solicitors and both parties, my wife had to chase everything every time. For a very straight forward purchase it has taken from the 28th March to hopefully 31st July to complete. Very poor service in my opinion.

Unhappy with the change to Alice who appears to I reluctant to read and comprehend the information necessary to appreciate the case. Being uninterested we are left with the impression that she provided limited information to an outside acquaintance for an opinion (the extent of which was not shared with us) which we feel has resulted in an incomplete opinion.
Allowing her to decline to proceed further with our case.
We are left with a distinct feeling that she did not fully understand our case and was not prepared to provide detailed answers to our questions and lacked interest
