Purchased a t-shirt from Thinking Mu on…
Purchased a t-shirt from Thinking Mu on 27th June order number 121834 . Arrived in pretty good time . But on only the second wear on 13th July the patch motif on the back of the shirt has torn the material it is stitched to below the neckline . I contacted the company and was told I would have a response by 4th working day , which hasn’t happened . The t-shirts are of striking design and they are very expensive so I am really disappointed in such a slow response time . Doubt I will buy from this company again ?

The delay is completely exceptional. Over the past few weeks, we have experienced an unusually high volume of orders and customer enquiries, which has unfortunately affected our response times. While this is not the level of service we aim to provide, we are already working hard to return to our usual response times as quickly as possible.
At Thinking MU, we put a great deal of care into the quality and durability of our garments, so hearing about an experience like yours is something we take very seriously.
We have now replied to you privately and are already working on finding the best possible solution for you.

international shipping problems
according to their shipping policies, they cover any tax/duty for shipping to US, but DHL sent me a bill (~$55USD) for my order (which was under $200). I reached out to customer support three times over five days, twice via email and once through their customer support portal. I offered to pay fees, work with them as needed, but never received a response. The item ended up getting shipped back to them.
*At some point they paid the DHL fee, and I received my item. However, this was not communicated with me. I just received the item one day. Then about a week after I received the item them sent a response to two of my messages apologizing about the issue. For my inconvenience, they refunded me $15 or half of my shipping/handling charge which was $30.

Diseños preciosos y de calidad.
Solo he comprado una vez con esta tienda y la calidad de la ropa es excepcional y cuentan con diseños preciosos. Y tienen en cuenta tamaños para mujeres petit como yo, lo cual se agradece.
Fui a retirar la ropa que compré online a la tienda en Chueca, Madrid, y la que atiende en caja fue muy fría y ni me miró a los ojos para saludar, como si no hubiera entrado nadie. El otro chico, si fue más atento pero igualmente el trato se sintió un poco distante por lo que seguiré comprando online y en las próximas ocasiones preferiré pagar por el transporte para que me llegue a casa, ya que con una bienvenida así de fría no me siento cómoda recorriendo la tienda para ver las prendas.
Sin embargo veo que la atención al cliente en redes sociales si es muy buena.

Great items but service needs improvement
I ordered embroidered shorts but received them only partly embroidered. When contacting the costumer service they offered to send me a new pair of shorts and I asked them to send them in a different size. Despite my request they notified me they will send me the same size due to their mistake. When I tried to correct their representative, they never responded back and shipped the wrong size shorts. Overall, good quality items but disappointing costumer service.

He comprado sólo una vez en la tienda de Donosti. Además de que me gustó mucho el diseño y calidad de la ropa, las dos chicas que me atendieron fueron encantadoras . Una pega , que el probador está abajo y abajo no hay ropa para ir probándote más cosas que puedas ir viendo ….:)

J’ai acheté un t-shirt chez eux avec une fleur rouge cousue sur le t-shirt blanc et la couleur du fil a déteint au 2e lavage. Très déçue de la qualité

Certaines pièces avec des broderies artisanales et des fils en coton biologique demandent un entretien plus délicat, mais nous comprenons parfaitement votre déception.
