The probiotics are great. Noodles is on his second month. The itch spray -very expensive - was a total waste. Doesn't do a thing. Very disappointing.

I have no idea about the quality of the product. My problem is something that smacks of fraud in the ordering process. I liked what I saw in the new powder supplement so I ordered one tub on a subscription and I chose “Apple Pay” as the payment method. I clicked and the sale went through. As I was filling out my personal information for shipment, the site suddenly cut away to offer more stuff at a different discount and then the only way to move forward was to add the order. I figured that since I’d already paid, it would take me back to my original account. But a red box popped up saying that Apple Pay wasn’t available and I needed to use a different card, so I did. Then I got two different welcome to the company emails and two different order numbers.

Something is definitely wrong!

My dogs (all 3 ) 2 are 8 yrs and 1 in 4 yrs. Their teeth are bright white,no tarter I have been using bright smile(?) for the last 4 yrs. Their teeth vet is impressed with their mouths. He says they look like a year old teeth. Also the probiotics is great. My 4 yr old has stopped all her scratching and chewing her feet since she started taking.

Got my Frenchay the probiotic gut chews as he was an aggressive paw licker/scratcher he has been taking them over 2 weeks now and the difference in him is amazing he now licks them clean and that's all plus he is a lot happier and content so long may it continue 🤞🤗 next order I'll try the joint care chews as he thinks he's human and walks on his 2 back legs so don't want it affecting him in his golden years as he's 3 just now. 💯 satisfied customer 🫶👌. Delivery was easy and quick!!

I believe I have found a reputable company with much knowledge and Veterinarian involvement in providing my pups with the best resolution for their dental and joint problems. Their website is easy to navigate and they have info on ingredients, dosages, expected outcome. The prices and free shipping make ordering even better. It would be wonderful if Petlab would donate to the needs of animals.

I had used the dental formula for several years and had received comments from my vet that my small dog’s teeth and gums were surprisingly healthy for her age and breed. I had then run out and not reordered so I didn’t use it for about 6 months. At my semiannual vet visit recently the vet said her teeth had quite a bit of tarter buildup. I reordered the dental supplement immediately and I will continue using it. Proof is in the pudding!

Have tried to cancel for several of your mailings emailed tried calling and you keep sending them and charging us ! I have 3 un opened bags !!! Would love to send them back get refund and stop the resending of your products! My pups hate it !

why can't you leave zero stars? ordered a single container was billed and received 6. not through first container and now i have another order which i ddin;t request shipped.... this is horrible and I do not recommend this to anyone
