Thank you ...Val

Excellent communication and very nice laurels

Great product at a sensible price. Delivered quickly in perfect condition. Have used before and will use again. Very Happy

A slight problem with delivery ,fault unknown was dealt with in a professional manner. Thank you for the quick resolution. Product was excellent quality and as described. Will definitely be using again.

My trees were delivered on the agreed date and the driver called to let me know TOA.
The trees are all in good condition. I ordered Thuja, 250/300 cms and requested they were 300 and that's what l received. Will probably need more.

Whilst very pleased with our pallet of 20 x Cherry Laurel, unfortunately one of the plants was damaged by heavy bags of compost placed vertically to the side of the plants. I contacted customer service, but 3 days later have not heard a word back. Such a shame, as the initial communication (of order confirmation and delivery details) was excellent. This seems like a good company, and I'd probably order from them again - but the customer service (and follow up, when things go wrong) needs work, and is sadly not a patch on the products that they sell.

UPDATE - Customer service have since been in touch, and it seems likely that the lack of contact was a genuine administrative / tech issue. I'm very pleased with the way that this has been followed up and dealt with swiftly. Changing star rating to account for this. Many thanks

I placed my order and a few days later received phone call to say there was a delay. I was in no rush. It came a few days later - a lovely photinia specimen, well worth the wait, Thank you to hedgeshedges for their help.

Quality of the Cherry Laurel Hedges we ordered were excellent. The service was very good and the information sheet for planting and care was very useful.

Good looking healthy plant, delivered super quickly with clear planting instructions, compost and bonemeal pack.

plants perfect, delivery great, all round good service

Excellent quality plants. I’ve had some bad online experiences with plants in the past but these laurels exceeded all expectations. Would highly recommend.

My hedge trough was easy to order, and when I had to change the delivery date a few days later, there was no problem. The order arrived on time and came in perfect condition.

We have planted the hedge and it looks wonderfully healthy and strong.

I would definitely recommend Hedges Hedges.

Firstly, many thanks to Georgina for her excellent level of customer service, which is quite rare and difficult to fine nowadays. Furthermore, delivery service was excellent too. Of course, the Cherry Laurel trees are of superb quality. Hence, I do not hesitate to recommend “Hedges Hedges” to all prospective customers!

I was kept up to speed with reference to the delivery date.
Laurels were better than expected and included compost.
Planted on the day of arrival and already bedding in nicely.
