Switalskis Solicitors Omdömen

I was given exceptional service by Laura Farrow and her team

We cannot recommend Sarah Kent at Switalskis highly enough. She went above and beyond for us throughout the whole sale and purchasing process and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Our buyers’ solicitor was particularly difficult to deal with, but Sarah was incredibly patient, proactive and persistent in chasing things up and making sure everything kept moving forward.

She kept us informed, worked tirelessly on our behalf and made us feel supported throughout what could have been a very stressful and different experience. It was clear how much she cared about getting things sorted for us, and we are so grateful for all the time, effort and dedication she put in.

Sarah is a real credit to her profession, and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a solicitor who genuinely goes the extra mile when buying or selling a house. Thank you so much, Sarah, for all your hard work and for helping us through the process. We really appreciate everything you have done for us!

As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions around the purchase of a property and the process. Jessica was amazing in keeping up updated and reassuring us throughout the process. We ran into an unexpected issue which nearly derailed the purchase but Jessica was incredibly proactive and efficient regarding the further advice that we needed to get things back on track. Would definitely recommend Switalskis, and particularly Jessica, for anyone purchasing a home!

Are experience has been very smooth, Maria was very good kept us in the picture through out and was very helpful.

Laura was brilliant. This was a complex case with 3 charges on one bridging loan I was exiting. Laura coordinated well with the other solicitors, my broker Propp, my previous lender, my new lender, and me. Diligent, professional, and by far and away the best solicitor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. As a property investor, having Laura on future sales, purchases and remortgages is something I will be doing.

I have sold 2 properties throughb Richard Kendals Estate Agents.
On both occasions Karen Marijewko has managed both these sale's.
My experience of her is that she is very professional in the service that she provides, keeping me informed on a weekly basis on the progression of the sale.
I also found that their cost were reasonable.
I would recommend anybody wishing to sell their property to use Richard Kendal and Karen Marijewko.

I cannot thank Sandra and her team enough for their incredible support during my appearance with the probate registrar. From the very beginning, their professionalism was outstanding, guiding me through a stressful process with absolute clarity and care.
What truly amazed me was their speed in expediting the entire matter. They handled everything efficiently, ensuring there were no unnecessary delays. I am incredibly grateful for their expertise and highly recommend their services to anyone needing probate assistance!

I would definitely recommend switalskis, especially Samantha Downes and her secretary Helen Hurdus, both very knowledgeable and helpful, seeking the outcome I wanted and got.
Can't thank them enough

Excellent service from all the staff I had contact with at Switalskis

Stefanie and Andy from the Switalskis Sheffield office were incredibly helpful throughout my home-buying process. They were so supportive, especially when it came to explaining everything clearly and guiding me through each stage of the process.

Any queries I had were always answered quickly, which made the whole experience feel so much easier and less stressful. I really appreciated how supportive and approachable they both were throughout, and I would highly recommend Stefanie, Andy and Switalskis to anyone going through the home-buying process.
