Sofology - Rugby Omdömen

Bart has gone above and beyond to ensure our requirements are met and we have received the best customer service one can ask. He was thorough in describing the offer and had a very warm approach in his engagement with us, 10 stars out of 5.

Excellent response to the queries and a smooth experience.

We were looked after by Bart in the Rugby Sofology and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Bart was friendly and welcoming and not just like a salesman but like a true customer service champion. He let us take as much time as we needed and went above and beyond, even sending emails and being on the other end of the phone whenever we needed. Thank-you Bart!

Fab sofa at a great price. Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was proactive and was always thinking a couple of steps ahead in how best to help.

Jody was a great sales person in store - not pushy, really informative, knowledgeable and personable too! We're super excited to get our new sofa in our home!

The staff at Sofology are extremely friendly and professional. Our experience at the Rugby store was exactly what anyone would wish for. Bart in particular made our customer journey an excellent one. The Rugby staff are a credit to Sofology and mirror the quality of their products.

The customer service shown in this store was outstanding. A friendly welcome into the store but without feeling pounced on. Lloyd helped me and he very friendly, polite and beyond helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the products and didn’t rush me at all. Showed me all the features of the sofa and let me have time to make myself comfortable and play around with all the controls. He checked in on us and explained everything thoroughly. I would not hesitate to recommend this store and will definitely be going back when it comes to buying another sofa! Thank you so much!!

Fran was eager to help us and talked knowledgeably about the sofa we were interested in.

Fran was great, really good at guiding us and helping us make the right choice

Very good customer service

Lloyd, Francesca and Lisa made the whole sales process a breeze.
It was refreshing not to be followed around in the showroom, but be given the space to browse at leisure.
A real pleasurable experience.

Friendly service, very knowledgeable about their products and service package. No pressure. All in all an enjoyable experience and we found exactly what we wanted.

The staff member Lloyd was really helpful .I ended up buying more than I went in for because of his information

Customer service was excellent, we went back and changed our order and nothing was too much trouble

Lovely store, friendly non pushy staff, answered all our questions, no matter how daft they where. Had a laugh with us, while also making us feel relaxed and best of all offered us a drink.
