No sales pressure to purchase , Lloyd ( our salesman) was very knowledgeable, honest and made the experience. Good quality sofas and very happy with our choice.( Not yet recieved sofa )

Quiet friendly atmosphere and staff. Pleasure to do business with and no push at all. Lads moving the display sofas were helpful too.
First went next door into Furniture Village but we were hounded by a staff member who followed us around making us uncomfortable by asking and pushing so couldn’t get out of their store fast enough.

I was greeted by Bart upon entering the store and made aware he was available to answer any questions etc. I was then free to wander and try out the sofas without being hassled (which I like). We met, Justin, in the Rugby branch today, and he was extremely helpful and helped us chose our sofa. He was not pushy and went out his way to give us time to make the right decision. Would recommend if you’re looking to find a great sofa with helpful sales team.

We had visited all of the sofa shops on…
We had visited all of the sofa shops on the rugby estate and got a mixture of service and sales staff, however upon visiting sofology we had the warmest and most efficient welcome. Fran helped us immediately in a really friendly way, was incredibly knowledgeable about the products offered as well as wait times and was a real pleasure to deal with. Her skills were far and above the other sofa shops and we felt she was incredibly honest and helpful. We are so happy with her purchase and Fran was a great part of the experience. She's great! The other 2 chaps who were there were also super helpful too. Would really recommend a visit. Excited for our new sofa to arrive and in only 2 weeks!

Very professional and friendly
The lady who served me was friendly non pushy and customer service was fantastic. I had to go away and remeasure there was no pressure she was amazing. Very knowledgeable.
