Friendly member of staff who wasn’t pushy and gave us time to decide.

Amber made us feel at ease, after finding the sofa and armchair that we felt would give us everything we need for comfort in our home we found it a really pleasant experience. Amber was in my opinion, an amazing salesperson, knowledgeable great personality and the patience of a saint a huge difference from other salespeople we had met in other furniture shops, she spent a lot of time with us and helped us make the right choice in explaining all aspects of the furniture with an in depth understanding of how sophology had developed such a top of the range latest furniture on feedback from their customers.
We can’t wait for our sofa and armchair to arrive, but the fact that we know everything about them and spent a very comfortable time trying them out in the store is a bonus because we know we have bought a superb product

Enjoyed my sofa shopping experience with Sofology, I went three times to whittle down which one I wanted and every time the staff were welcoming and friendly, offering me a cup of tea while I sat on sofas to find the right one. Amber and Faran in particular were really good. They don't work on commission so I was sparred the sales pushing tactics, which made the experience better. I felt they worked with me to find the right sofa. Would recommend.

Amber was friendly and very helpful. She explained everything clearly and was very informative, in a relaxed atmosphere. We found her description of the care and maintenance of our new sofa to be very useful.

They didn't rush us, provided all the information we required and left us feeling very happy and satisfied with our purchase.

The staff were on hand straight to let us know a few bits and pieces and the left us to browse which worked really well.
