Luke was great made process easy took time out to demo strate gave good advice
Bought the sofa as he was so helpfull and been to sofashop nextdoor who stand offish and I have to say rude

Jay was fantastic at dealing with our purchase from start to finish.

We spoke to Mohammed from Sofology at the deepdale retail park in Preston when we went to confirm and order our sofas on Saturday 10th January 26. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Everything was dealt with in a quick and efficient manner.

Mo was absolutely brilliant. Genuinly cant thank him enough for all his help, whether it was the look or the finish i was looking for he took the time to understand and advise, nothing was to much trouble. Just a great overall experience from start to finish. Thankyou Mo!

I can honestly say that Mo was brilliant. He was there without bothering us but on hand to answer questions. He made us a lovely cup of tea while we sat on the sofa that I was interested in. Needless to say I bought it.

Both Gary and Luke at Deepdale Preston were so helpful, they gave really good advice and were patient when me and my mum were making decisions/changing our mind. They weren’t pushy in any way which made the shopping experience a very relaxing and pleasant one. Can’t recommend Gary and Luke enough, both so friendly and welcoming. Thank you both very much, the best customer experience I’ve had for a while

Great experience! Visited the Preston and Middlebrook stores and both gave great customer service, when we went back to order in Preston, Amanda W was brilliant! Really helpful and patient, supplied us with coffee and even moved around different arm chairs so we could see some mixed and matched together, the order process was really thorough and followed up with helpful email confirmations, delivery was great and the sofa looks, feels and fits perfectly!
My only gripe, but is with all furniture places is for the amount of money you spend, disposal of old furniture should be free/included

When we explained our dimension limitations, he was able to show us options that would be suitable and he was also really kind to our little boy

Russ was really helpful and made the whole experience so easy and efficient. He gave us all the information we needed and made us feel comfortable and was very friendly!

We were looked after by Russ who welcomed us and even got us tea and biscuits 😀 He introduced himself, gave us direction and left us to roam checking in from time to time. Once we had decided what we were interested in he gave us all the information we needed and helped us make the right choice. A very pleasant afternoon spent, no rush or pressure with friendly and helpful service. We can’t wait for our new sofas to arrive 😀

My partner and I visited the store at Deepdale Retail Park in Preston to look for a new sofa. We weren't put under any pressure to buy and found the staff extremely helpful (particularly Luke, who was brilliant).

Great experience today at Preston with Russ after a terrible experience at SCS. Russ was polite, greeted and directed us to what we were looking for and let us wander freely but with a good balance of checking in with us to see if we needed anything. For a stress and hassle free shopping experience I would definitely recommend Sofology.
