Exceptional Service from Junior at Sofology!
​We recently purchased our new sofa at Sofology and were lucky enough to be assisted by Junior. We wanted to leave this review to highlight his truly exceptional service.
​Junior was incredibly polite and friendly from the moment we walked in. He was knowledgeable about every Sofology product and fabric, he could answer all of our questions quickly and clearly. He took his time, never making us feel rushed, and made sure both my husband and I fully understood all the options and were completely happy with our final purchase decision.
​Junior genuinely represented the Sofology brand brilliantly. Looking forward to sitting on the French Riveria!

I bought two three seater sofas newly introduced in the shop. They were comfortable and looked great. After a long wait for sofa to arrive its legs were broken within a fortnight!! It was another couple of weeks wait to get it repaired.
Sofas are unnecessarily too too heavy, very difficult to move around. A single person can not move or adjust them around.
The cushions are too bulky and heavy take more place on the seats. They are uncomfortable and badly designed.
Not a good buy will not recommend these Luella sofas.
But I must mention the staff were excellent and very helpful at New Maldon shop.

Nina, the customer service assistant, was absolutely amazing — so attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for and made it so easy for us to choose and decide on the perfect sofa. We left completely happy and confident with our purchase. Sammi who served us was very helpful. We'd previously been in another store and came away because of their horrid hard sell attitude. Sammi gave us enough information and left us to browse at our own pace but came to our assistance when we needed her. She was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly making our purchase easy.
