I was going to go to several other sofa stores,
But the level of attention to detail by Shirley was as if she already knew what sofa I wanted.
I bought a beautiful sofa thanks to Shirley, I never needed to visit any other sofa stores.

Thank you for awarding us 5 stars!
Excellent service, beautiful suite, outstanding!
Customer service on day of purchase was excellent. Shirley made sure I was well looked after, taking time to cover all aspects/ concerns, such as design, measurements and fit. All options discussed until I was confident in my purchase. She went beyond being a sales person, ensuring I was listened to. Suite was delivered within time slot and delivery drivers were excellent. All in all, after a very bad experience with another retailer, from sale to delivery this went without a hitch!
