Gabi is an asset to Sofology. Gabi is an excellent communicator who explained all the products well and answered our questions.

Just ordered a new sofa, everytime we visited the showroom we received excellent service, wasn't pushy at all and whoever we spoke to (especially Matt) was very knowledgeable.

I went into 4 different sofa shops on Sunday, and Sofology was by far the best. The staff were professional but personable. I ended up buying a settee and Matt (store Manager I believe?) was really helpful and knowledgeable about the product. The insurance is the best on offer and the delivery date is only 6 weeks. I would highly recommend Sofology in Ipswich.

Excellent customer service, having to locate account on line proved slightly difficult, once overcome simple process. This could put customers off, especially elderly, impaired or clients with difficulties.

I had a five-star experience with Gabby at your Ipswich store who was extremely knowledgeable, considerate and patient, which sent a long way in helping us make an informed decision on our purchase. I've dropped a star simply because I didn't find your website easy to navigate and had frustrations ordering swatches and finding dimension information on sofa beds when fully extended, which I felt should be on the actual page of each sofa bed. That aside, we're pleased with our choice and very much looking forward to receiving our item.

Nikola was so friendly and helpful! No pushy sales here, just info when we needed it and a real opinion which we valued (instead of the usual ‘everything we sell is equally the best!’) everyone around had a smile and supported their colleague too, a pleasure to deal with Ipswich Sofology, we would be happy to recommend them to anyone, can’t wait for the sofa to be delivered now!!
