Peter at the ipswich store was really helpful he moved the l shape sofa in the store show room we liked about to a configuration of our home lay out. He done a lot of juggling about and moving things around just so we could see what it would look like and there was no sales pressure😊

Peter was really friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy.

Ordered our last sofas from Sofology at least 10 years ago and loved them so much we went back and ordered the same sofas again just in a different colour & fabric!

Our salesman Paul was very attentive, greeted us in a friendly manner and showed us assorted reclining sofas we'd asked to see. He then left us alone to browse and sit on the sofas we liked the look of, saying to us that if we had any questions we'd find him close by, an approach we liked, he wasn't hovering over us all the time and wasn't at all pushy. He explained everything to us regarding the delivery, the time we'd wait for delivery, the care kit, what materials the sofa was made of and how good the sofashield insurance was. And all done in a very friendly manner

From walking into the store everyone was polite and helpful. We needed help on finding the right size for our needs. Paul was friendly and kind in explaining all we needed to know. We bought 2 lovely little sofas that we look forward to receiving.

Fantastic customer care, Peter took the time to explain everything clearly and he ensured that we bought the sofa that we both wanted and needed. We never felt rushed and was given space when we needed it to chat things over without feeling we were in the spotlight.

On entering store salesman Matt introduced himself and directed us to the sofas we were interested in . He left us alone and stated if we needed any help please call. After we agreed on 3 piece suite we called Matt over who explained everything to us in a professional and helpful manner. and purchased the 3 piece suite. No pressure selling which is a bonus
