We dealt with Matt in the Ipswich store. We couldn’t decide what we wanted and weren’t the easiest of customers. He worked with us to solve out issues and get a compromise. Thank you

Hi there, thank you very much for your review. We're pleased that you are happy with the service at Sofology. Have a great day 😊
Good service
Polite, courteous and friendly service. Only reason not 5 stars is because I would have liked to have seen a discount considering the cost of the sofa (although I did come away with some very nice artificial plants as a sweetener!)
Note to the Sofology designers-PLEASE add more colour to your sofas- beige beige beige! Sofa I bought was very comfy but wish it had more colours

Hi there, thank you so much for your feedback. We don’t run discounts or sales, as we want everyone to always get the very best price all year round. That said, we do offer a wide variety of colours across our ranges - hopefully you’ll find the perfect match next time! We’re so pleased to hear you’re loving the comfort of your new sofa.
