Sofology - Inverness Omdömen 

Excellent service by Aaron and explanation of the options and functionality of our new corner sofa. Likewise the workings of our contract.

Ann was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She explained all the options fully.

We were out sofa shopping and had been to a large retailer but after being approached by 6 different members of staff and sitting on virtually every sofa in the showroom we became overwhelmed and decided to take a break. We stumbled upon the Sofology store and walked in for a look. We were approached by a pleasant member of staff that said if we needed anything just to give her a shout. We were able to browse the store without any pressure and found a sofa that was perfect for our needs. We decided to go away and think about it and deliberated on all our options and decided to go back to Sofology again the following day. We were approached again by the same sales assistant and we engaged in conversation, Holly was exceptionally helpful and we felt completely at ease with her approach to our needs and we proceeded to order our new sofa there and then. Holly was brilliant and made the whole process seamless and how a sales transaction should be.

We were in for a browse on Thursday evening and met a lovely sales assistant and then we went back on Sunday to book with Christine who was really helpful !

Sofology
We ordered 3 sofas. There was a little bit of a muddle with knowing exactly what was happening with delivery, we live in Orkney so this always happens, but it was easily sorted. One sofa had a damaged wire, we got a replacement part quickly enough, but they had nobody available in our area to fit the part nor to repair the felt once repair was done. We were left to sort it out ourselves. This wasn’t ideal because there is not this type of service in the area. We would’ve had to take the sofa back to Inverness/Aberdeen for this to be done. When ordering the sofa we specifically asked about this type of thing and were assured Sofology cover Orkney. Had we known then what we know now we may not have gone ahead with the purchase.
We have made a repair doing as little as possibly to the sofa, it’s working again now, but still feel a little let down. Service promised doesn’t match up to service promised.

We went into the Inverness store today and the assistant couldn't have been more helpful. We saw the perfect sofa but needed to double check a measurement so after we did this at home we went ahead and ordered online. Slick easy online ordering system. Can't wait for sofa to come!

The staff at sofology were most helpful when I was looking to purchase new sofas. Nothing was too much trouble, moving chairs and leather samples around .Overall it was an enjoyable experience.

Staff were excellent, knowledgeable and friendly ,not pushy like some other companies.

Visited the Inverness store. Staff were lovely and informative. Didn’t feel pressured into buying anything which is a nice change. I ordered online as I was trying to decide between two sofas and took my time and eventually placed the order online which was very easy to do.

I had to phone store as wanted to make a change to my order. Aaron dealt with my requirements and made me feel reassured at all times. He double checked my amended order and I now look forward to my purchase. Thank you Aaron

We had a few visits to Sofology before we decided on the Carrera. Each visit to the store the staff welcomed us and were happy to leave us to browse and help us with any questions.Christine was great once we decided on the Carrera ,she discussed what style we would like recliner no recliner,how the headrests worked,how to maintain it,explained about the cleaning products that were available,the insurance that protects against accidental damage. She also explained about the interest free credit finance option. Christine we felt just wanted to do her very best for us,she is an asset to the team.

Everything was explained, there was very little questioning required.
There was no hard sale tactics, staff were friendly and helpful.
