Told a price in store but when processing the order in store the price went up £100 when added to basket.

Holly and Charlotte were fabulous throughout my experience. Holly handled the sale and was supportive, professional, and very understanding from start to finish. Both of them made the whole process smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciated the excellent service – 10/10.

Gary at the Hull store was really helpful and spent the time showing me round all the sofas and answered my questions, which helped me decide on my next Sofology sofa set! Thank you!

We visited on spec looking for a reclining chair. We received a friendly welcome from Gary, and service which never felt pushy. Gary pointed out several options around the store, one of which we purchased. During the visit we also noticed a sofa with inbuilt LED lighting - Gary demonstrated the various features, including the inbuilt speakers sound quality etc.... This may well be a future purchase. We would like to thank Gary and his colleagues for all their assistance. Overall a great experience.

Great experience right from the start!! When we first walked in we weren’t jumped on straight away but gently informed by Hollie and left to browse in our own time. When we was ready Hollie was so helpful and gave us all the information we needed and helped us order our sofa. Such a quick and painless experience 10/10 would recommend!!

Extremely helpful staff, Gary who initially helped with the selection and Holly who did the admin. bit. No pressure was ever put on us and we were guided through the whole process with courtesy and friendliness.

We initially came into the store to browse and we found the experience very easy. No one hassled us as soon as we walked in, in comparison to other stores we visited. We asked for some help/advice and spoke to Steve in the Hull store. He set me up an account and showed me how to order some samples. We then ordered the sofa from home after receiving the samples really quickly. All in all a very stressless experience.
