Sofology - Hove Omdömen 

Came to hove store Friday, we knew what we wanted already and drew made to process lovely and quick, very efficient. Thank you drew, we are looking forward to seeing our sofa.

Happy with choice, quality and value for money - but best thing was to be left alone to consider things without pressure. Sales associate (Drew from Hove) stepped in when we needed questions answered then stepped away whilst we considered. Refreshing.

Very attentive staff , which is great I did not have to go to them they came to us and wanted to give us as much information as possible and guidance . Good knowledge on the products and offered great suggestions .

I have been on holiday for 2 weeks and obviously taking advantage of retail therapy and I can tell you with 100 % certainty that I could tell, my partner and I were not a bother to the sales team and we did not have to work hard to spend .

Finding the right sofa has been hard given so many shops available. At Sofology the process was simple and staff made you feel comfortable. Went in a couple of times and Polly & Drew were so helpful. Can’t wait for our purchase and highly recommend.

We had truly excellent customer service from Drew at the Hove store. He was so polite, helpful and patient with us - even when we dithered for ages about the fabric! We never once felt pressured or hurried.

Sofology, Hove is very lucky to have such a genuine person on the team.

And he even laughed at our jokes- which is truly above and beyond.

James from the Hove branch was excellent Didn’t oversell and was very knowledgeable and helpful

Initially on arrival we asked about recliners and were told where they were and was left to brouse for a while. We liked that as we don't like to feel pressured. Polly came over after a while and we had a chat about what we wanted and she was very knowlegeable. There was plenty of choice but we were never pushed into making a decision.
It was a nice change to be left to browse.

We went into Sofology Hove with a few ideas, unsure of the capabilities of our space and unsure about how to achieve the right sofa in the colour we liked and a style which would support our comfort moving forward - Vanessa helped us trial and decide on the Sanctuary two seater with power headrest and recline, charging functionality and in a Nubuck lifestyle fabric which is easy to maintain. Her service, advice and walking us through finance was no doubt the reason we purchased the sofa then and there. Thank you Vanessa S!
