We had excellent customer service from Arlene in your Glasgow store. Arlene was very informative and so kind and helpful. She explained everything to us and had great knowledge of the products. We have purchased a sofa and chairs and look forward to delivery. Thank you Arlene for your kindness and knowledge.

Great experience, Darragh was brilliant, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable.

We were made to feel welcome when entering the store. Store colleagues were attentive and not overwhelming. We were left to explore the store and get help/info when we needed it. Can’t fault the process from start to finish

Staff are excellent, so friendly and helpful.
Sofa choice is outstanding.
So happy and can’t wait for my new sofa to arrive.

I would definitely return to the store based on my experience to date with Sofology in London Road. I appreciated that I was allowed time to look round the store and the space to spend time looking at my potential purchase without pressure from the sales team. When I narrowed down my preferred option staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I dealt with 3 different staff including Desmond and Darragh ( as I was in the store 4 times) and they were very courteous and dealt with all of my queries quickly and easily. Darragh remembered me from an earlier visit and dealt very efficiently with the sale process and made sure I understood all aspects of the purchase. Very happy so far!

Darra was superb. Informative, professional and very knowledgeable. First class service and would not hesitate to purchase from Sofology in the future.
