Really good to see a young person being knowledgable about the company’s products and processes while still enjoying her job and promoting the company itself. Great outlook on life. Great customer care
Gordon from Sofolgy really put us at ease and offered loads of advice and help. Everyone in the store was warm and friendly making the whole experience and purchase of our new sofas a painless process. Would highly recommend to all.

Excellent customer service
We had excellent customer service from Arlene in your Glasgow store. Arlene was very informative and so kind and helpful. She explained everything to us and had great knowledge of the products.
