Sofology - Gateshead Omdömen 

Very helpful staff,

The service we had from Sofology was appalling. The shop staff were pleasant enough but their ‘customer care’ and complaints department are the worst I have encountered with any company. I would never buy anything from them again. There are plenty furniture stores around the Metro Centre - I would encourage anyone contemplating purchasing furniture to use them and not Sofology given the experience we have had. Please also disregard the nonsense in their reply it’s just words. Stay well clear would be good advice.

We were very impressed with the service at Sofology in Gateshead. We had been looking for a corner sofa for a while and it needed to be a particular size and style. Terry was very helpful and found us exactly what we were looking for. He gave good advice about colour and fabric and even made us a coffee. The whole experience was smooth and professional.

Great in store experience, Earl was really pleasant and knowledgeable.

Danielle was wonderful, she helped us choose our perfect sofa in a calm and welcoming environment
We didn’t feel pressured or chased around the shop while we looked and every question was answered honestly
Even sending us away to think about things with pictures and measurements and touching base with us the next day
I love sofology and I can not recommend them enough

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Andrew at the Gateshead Store for all his patience while I was choosing my new sofa. From the time he spent helping me in the store to replying to my emails and answering all of my questions, nothing ever seemed too much trouble. The advice and support he gave me really helped me feel confident that I was making the right choice. My 2.5 seater recliner sofa's and footstool have now arrived (The Marvella - lifestyle flecked fabric in Nutmeg) with the Lumiere smart console and I absolutely love them. The service has been outstanding from start to finish. Thank you again!
