Good customer service and found what I was looking for. Encouraged to wonder around at my own pace and try different sofas. Ended up buying the first I seen. Salesman was friendly and explained everything to us regarding payment, cleaning etc etc.

Been in Dundee store three times to browse as I’ve been stuck between a few styles of sofa. After first visit I narrowed it down to two styles and the staff member said he’d send two different combinations for two different sofas to my email so I could measure at home and both times he hasn’t done it. The second time he said that he would, I explained that I never received the first - so this is no mistake. Perhaps he thinks that the fact I was undecided, that he thought I was just there for fun. I can think of much better things to do with my time than look at sofas I don’t want to buy whilst dragging moaning teenagers around for their opinion. Perhaps he doesn’t want a sale.
I now don’t want to buy from here, however they have the only sofas that would fit my space and style of my room thus far. I’m now reluctant to spend any money here so I’ll just keep looking around- if I end up not being able to find something else, it will need to be a trip to a store at another town as I will not go back to Dundee now. I’m not in a major rush so I’ll see if I can find another company first. Just frustrating that this sales person has made assumptions.

Great place to shop . Staff member introduced himself asked if he could help with anything explained back to look at sofa . Let us get on no pressure sales . When decided to go ahead with order asked to go and sit at out chosen sofa and assistant would be with us . Great salesman Think was Brian very good knowledge of sofa explained everything always asking if had any questions . Keep up the great work Sofology . 5 star service

We ordered online and it was seamless!! We explored the range online, looking at what we liked the look of and visited the store to try out the ones we liked and see the different materials and flex options in person. Amazing staff and easy to use website!

Brian our salesman was fab, he was very helpful patient and knew his products. He was a pleasure to deal with and so very helpful. Delivering first class customer service.

We had looked on line and impressed with sofas on offer. But with Zi’s help in the Dundee Store we have chosen a chair and 2 seater. It was good to talk face to face, ask questions and buy exactly what we wanted. Now looking forward to delivery date. Thank you again for the help.

Abbey was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Brian the manager was also helpful and polite. Both had great chat and made us very welcome and not pressured.

Absolutely fantastic service. Brian our sales guy was brilliant. Gave us the time to browse without any pressure. Was always on hand when we had any questions. Finally decided on our sofa and Brian got everything sorted out for us efficiently. Even got to take my biscuit home that I never had with my coffee. Thanks Brian you were fab.
