The sales people used a softer approach, no chasing clients around the showroom. Acknowledged, left to browse then opened up conversation after we had time to look at everything on display.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a 5-star review. It's great to hear feedback like this!
Hugely disappointed
Your company too three times my deposit and now have pushed me over my credit limit. This leaves me with an interest payment, has an affect on my credit score and leaves me no money at a time when it is difficult enough after Xmas. This is your issue and has now been 7 days and still unresolved

Fantastic service at Sofology
Fantastic service at Sofology! The gentleman who helped us was extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable, never rushed us, and really listened to what we wanted. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. I left the shop extremely happy with my purchase.

A nice relaxing experience
There was a wide range to choose from. The two sales reps who assisted us were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. What I particularly liked was that they weren't too pushy, just explained the options available and let us choose.
