We had a very pleasant experience buying a new sofa and chair, Shaun & Aaron were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble.

Tracy was fantastic, she made us feel comfortable, she wasn't pushy, she had us laughing.

The gentleman who had helped us in the Doncaster store Shaun, had never made me feel pressured to purchase a sofa and let me have the time to browse and gave me the information when and if needed

We managed to decide what sofa we wanted. Charlene was very helpful and patient. She had great knowledge of the various styles and colours, made us feel comfortable (we generally don’t find it comfortable) and helped us through the process, answering all questions without an issue and offering good advice at the right times. We are very pleased with our visit to Sofolgy Doncaster.

Very helpful staff . We went in on 23 October and member of staff ( just back from honeymoon) gave us really helpful advice and info . I went back after ordering some samples and is deciding what size sofas we wanted and the lady talking me through the order process was also very helpful

Very simple and straightforward

The showroom at Doncaster Sofology is a pleasant place to be and the interior design is great. Pauline, our sales representative is super fun and we had a lovely late afternoon with her looking around the store. We found exactly what we wanted and more!

Use more than one credit check company, I have never been refused credit

On arrival we were greeted with friendly staff and were given the general layout of the shop.
We were left to browse but the staff were always on hand to answer any questions we might have to help us decide on the type of Sofa we wanted and the experience felt relaxed.
After choosing we were offered a drink and was guided through the purchase and details of what to expect and how long the Sofa would take to deliver.
Visiting Sofology in Doncaster was a enjoyable experience and I would recommend this place to anybody looking for good customer service and friendly atmosphere.

I had already more or less decided on the style and features I wanted with my purchase. The experience was easy and I didn’t feel any kind of pressure or upselling. We were left to make our minds up and then we could check things we weren’t sure of with our salesperson.

Had a lovely experience, no pushy sales men , just Gary being very helpful.

Wide selection of suites to chose from in large selection of materials. Found the staff very helpful but not at all pushy. We took plenty of time to decide what we wanted and the salesperson was very informative regarding all the options we could choose from. All in all a very good experience.

Asked if we wanted any help, demonstrated the differences in the sofa’s. Actively suggested to take photo’s and test layout at home before committing to the order.
