Positive buying experience
Really happy with my experience buying a sofa from Pete, he spent time going through the various options and at no point did I feel pressured. He gave good advice and I feel happy with my decision to purchase.

Great service
Great service, relaxed approach. The store was clean, tidy and inviting. We were greeted on entrance by Luan and she was happy to check in on us and answer all of our questions. When we decided to buy Luan took us through the whole process in great detail and happily answered our questions clearly. Very happy with the order process.

Pleasant Staff
Assistant was very pleasant and offered help when we needed it. We dislike being followed around the store by over eager salespersons so we found it enjoyable to walk around the store in peace.

Overall a lovely experience, nice relaxed atmosphere, time to walk around the store with no hard sell.
Julia was amazing, she was so helpful very knowledgeable, informative and also very easy to talk to. The suite I have chosen is exactly what I was looking for.
