My experience of buying my sofa today was very good. Scott was very informative and professional. It took me a while to find him to get attention in the store, as he was the only person serving at the time and he was busy elsewhere in the store.

Excellent customer service..we went to the Rugby store and met Jason who was excellent giving us great customer service in a relaxed friendly manner,we hadn't moved house yet so although chose our settees we didnt purchase at the time ,we went to the cheltenham store a few weeks later and the biggest
surprise was to find the same experience in cheltenham store from Alex ,who again gave excellent customer service in a relaxed friendly manner .....would highly recommend

First time at Sofology in Cheltenham…
First time at Sofology in Cheltenham and we were not disappointed. We received a warm welcome on entering the store and left to browse at our own pace. The staff were available when needed. We asked a lot of questions to Alexander who was fantastic and helped us a lot with guidance, advice and support with measurements. It was a pleasure to be at this store and we purchased a sofa which we were more than happy with. Thanks for a great experience 😊

No pressure just let us walk around the showroom at leisure. Offered to email us with 3 possible choices. Explained clearly what we asked. Eventually returned later in the day and purchased a sofa.
