Jess is amazing!!
Myself and my boyfriend were guided through the sofa buying experience by Jess.. we visited the store twice, after the first visit she emailed me to follow up which I really appreciated it. She went above and beyond to help us pick the perfect sofa for our home, answering all our questions no matter how silly they seemed… she was warm and welcoming from the start - 10/10 customer experience, I’ve recommended friends to go the Cannock store and ask for Jess :)

Great customer service
Nicole the sales representative at the store was amazing she was really informative and helpful. Her customer experience is amazing she was the main reason I decided to take the sofa that day. I had mutiple sofas in mind a different places but her attentiveness was the reason I chose yours.
