Very friendly and patient
Went to find a certain sofa but unfortunately it was no longer available 😢 but the salesmen were so patient with me 🤦♀️ I changed my mind right at the last minute before deposit 😱 and they never made me feel bad at all !! I am so grateful as I left knowing I had picked the right one 🤩 just the 12 week wait is going to kill me as I’m sat on garden furniture 🤣🤣🤣

Finding the perfect sofa
We were left to look around store on our own but when we needed advice the assistant was really helpful. After getting some ideas and measurements we thought about the options and went back the following day to purchase. Again the assistant was amazing, talking us through the options and all the insurance etc. Brilliant service.

Excellent service
The gent who helped us was fantastic - super helpful but not pushy.
He was informative and had a lovely manner too.
We saw a sofabed that we actually liked from a shop across the road but left due to poor service…came here immediately afterwards by chance, saw a sofabed that we equally liked but literally got it because the service was miles better!
