I liked it because it could be all done on-line by myself. Verifying my identity was laborious, but I understand why this is so. The fee was a bit big for such a small volume of shares, but I'm paying for the convenience of not using a broker or setting up a trading account.

They sent an email saying they had simplified everything recently, but they really only replaced the crocodiles with alligators.
