Great eco friendly products and good delivery service 🚚

This was my second online order from Saltrock, and unfortunately I experienced the same issues as my first order, so won't be ordering online again. I thought that the first time had been a 'one off', but sadly it wasn't.

One of the packages inside the parcel was ripped open and the stitching was pulled in multiple places - this was common throughout the rest of the items ordered. One of the hoodies ordered I didn't even take out of the packaging, as there was a dark stain on the front of it and black grit inside the clear packaging. It was quite surprising to see that it had been packaged up this way and sent out!

The first time I ordered online I experienced the same issues regarding pulled and loose stitching.

I ordered four t.shirts for my grandsons online, the quality is very good, I also visit the Tavistock shop in Devon and the staff are so helpful. The t shirts were all in the sale at amazing prices. I always buy them clothes from Saltrock, they live in Ipswich, and love Saltrock clothing.The clothing is well priced and excellent quality.

Staff in the Southport store were really welcoming and helpful when I needed different sizes. Love Saltrock clothing!!

I found something i wear and was a great price and fitted well

I really like the products here, it's a good style, and everything is very comfortable. However, the shop itself is not a very friendly enviroment. Security tags on literally everything makes them uncomfortable to try on, particularly tags on the inside of the hats. The idea that you have to ask permission from staff to go into a dressing room feels uncomfortable. We were looking at the baseball caps, and must have put them back on the hook incorrectly, because the staff came over and rearranged *while we were still standing there*, still trying on other colours. All in all an unfriendly environment in which you almost feel the staff disdain you.
