The manager of the Barnstaple shop's customer care is outstanding! When I realised I'd bought and come home to Bristol with the wrong size shoes she made it easy for me to return them for a swap. Then she followed up at the postoffice when the replacements didn't reach me. After several messages and conversations we worked out the parcel had been taken from my doorstep and she arranged for head office to post me another pair. Sheila was warm and friendly throughout, replying quickly and taking action reliably. The best service possible- huge thank you!

After a few years sterling service I needed to replace my Rieker trainers. I found exactly what I was looking for in the sale, ordered and my new, comfy trainers were speedily delivered. My go-to brand for stylish and comfortable town shoes.

I bought a pair of remonde shoes less than twelve months ago. These shoes have only received seasonal weekend wear and both heels have clean identical splits straight through the material - a structural failure that clearly indicates a major manufacturing defect rather than standard wear and tear. I was told by the retailer that Remonde have refused any repair/ replacement or refund. I will not buy this brand again.

Great shoes, perfect for me to wear on a cruise. I ordered a block heel as it is perfect for me as I need comfort whilst walking around the ship. They are good quality, I am very pleased with my purchase which arrived promptly.

I've had in the past shoes with poor finishes from Reiker.
However the customer service in this Reiker shop was 110 per cent
Having flat feet and a hammered toe is always troublesome. Not for these assistants !

I had initially looked online to check about free returns and hadn’t noticed at the bottom of message it said not applicable to NI. My delivery of three pairs of trainors arrived today, the box is ripped open and the shoe boxes are slightly damaged. I kniw this isn’t the fault of company, just DPD. One pair fits and the others are too big and feel hard. It turns out DPD don’t have a place anywhere in NI for me to drop them off and Reiker don’t allow a free return label to be used either which just seems so unfair. Much as I usually wear Rieker and was looking for an online store as my local shoe shop has just closed down I just won’t be purchasing from them again. Tried the online chat for some assistance and it was
off-line and no telephone number anywhere either so if you have a problem you are very much left on your own.

I love this shop - I love Rieker and Remonte shoes - and the staff are brilliant, not to mention patient when I'm trying on almost every shoe in the shop! Yes, I did find something I like that fits well 😄 Thank you Liz, you were wonderful!

Problem within hours of purchase with glue holding the inner sole.
After that, there was incredibly fast wear on the soles with little walking. Beyond economical repair due to the shoes design.
On the positive side, they were comfortable to wear.
