Private Medical Clinic Omdömen 

Wanted do reschedule the appointment for a jab for my son-in-law, visiting from Madrid. Spent 45 mins on the phone to no avail. They don't answer! So he attended the appointment. The vaccination was for pollen allergy, the vial for which he had brought, with full stamped documentation, from the hospital in Madrid. (He has to do this every month and was due a jab during a family visit to Oxford.) All they had to do was inject it. The clinic wouldn't do it because the vial was just past expiry, despite authorisation from the consultant in Madrid. This is arguable: clinics in Spain and Italy don't worry about anything less than 3 months over date. Anyway, the clinic still charged £50 despite doing nothing.

Provided me with the assurance I needed in a timely and professional manner. The consultant was very thorough and explained everything to me in a clear and concise manner.

A lovely experience, we were talked through the tattoo removal service in detail and were provided with extensive aftercare information from the lovely staff.

Very modern place and equipment and staff are very understanding but treatment for an ear infection didn't work. Still suffering.
Total cost of £125 plus £30 for taxis. As a 72 year old I could have made better use of the money.

A fabulous experience. The service was very quick and efficient, Dr Dattani was very thorough and clear with what I needed to do next. Can’t recommend enough.

Great company. Following my correspondence with a low IQ GP at New Otley Road Medical Centre, who kept repeating questions instead of taking the time to read my medical records, which already explained the full situation, I felt I had no option but to pay for a private GP service.

Within half an hour I received a phone call, and the lovely and highly intelligent Dr Sarah Mobereola, reviewed the information I provided her with and issued me with a two-month prescription for the medication I needed to reduce the risk of stent thrombosis—without all the unnecessary hassle.

I would recommend this company any day. More importantly, my experience has reinforced my view that there is a strong case for abolishing the current independent contractor model used for NHS GP practices and requiring GP surgeries to operate either as fully accountable NHS services or as fully private practices. In my opinion, Local Medical Committees exist primarily to represent and advocate for GPs rather than patients, and my experience has done nothing to change that view.

Misleading

Started by booking a video consultation, which I managed to get within half an hour at 7:30pm on a Sunday ! They then booked me in for an in-person appointment the next day where the doctor was amazing and very supportive as I had to get a blood test but don’t like needles. All together the experience was quick, supportive and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and thorough doctor who after being very diligent was able to issue a prescription for antibiotics for my daughters throat and ear virus. Great experience.
