Really pleased, I was quite nervous about the training but you made it a very enjoyable and rewarding experience

Great team. Very supportive even if you dont pass first time. They never make you feel bad and encourage you to try again. Genuinely a friendly understanding team.

Friendly experienced team of instuctors, plenty of loan kit and new bikes, all that you need to learn...

Ive recently done my full A license with Phoenix, after previously doing my A2 and 2x CBTs with them.

I have never had an issue - the office staff are fantastic, helping out with needing to move a date, confirming what I needed to bring with me as it was a progressive license, as well as just being really nice on the phones and emails.

I have now met Sean, Will, Chris, Emma [although I believe she has now left] and briefly Jorge from the Bristol/Bath departments.
Theyre funny when you're having a natter, and informative when also needed - definitely helps calm the nerves and provides the reassurance when needed.

I can never recommend Phoenix enough, I have had nothing but brilliant times here.

My instructors for training on campus & on the road were very paitent and thorrow throughout the whole cbt, gained my confidence up a bit more when on the road since. Taking the advice that was given to me!

Done my CBT with Harry he was brilliant and very patience with the group, explained everything very simply, and what happens when and why

Made it feel a very enjoyable experience, nerves eased very quickly

Good instruction and adjustment advice on the road ride

Will definitely be back next year to do my Mod 1 and 2

I did my motorcycle trading and test with them and the knowledge they have is amazing.

Really enjoyed my CBT training with Phoenix. Everything was made clear, the staff are more than pleasant and helpful with any questions and there was no pressure through learning. JB who did our CBT was a good laugh, laid back and very informative and clearly has plenty if motorcycle experience.

Brilliant CBT test centre. Had john and he really knows his stuff. Made it easy to pick up and learn. Very enjoyable day. Definitely recommend this place.

I did a Mod 2 test with Phoenix Motorcycle training. Pete was professional and chilled out and got myself and another chap through the test no problem. I was riding a brand new bike which was nice. The rides to and from the test centre were fun too which toped off the day.

The two trainers through out the day was excellent. Both kept the course entertaining and informative.
Willing to take time to go over anything that anyone was unsure on.
Definitely would recommend.

Very Grateful for the amazing instructors and staff at Phoenix for helping me get my motorcycle license.
Over the course of 2 years, I got my CBT training, first experience of riding a bigger bike and mod1 and mod2 training and test preparation under the watchful eyes of some very knowledgable, patient and easy going instructors.
The staff are super helpful with their advice over the phone and helping book courses tailored for individual needs. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their licenses at ANY level.

This motorcycle training school is the muts nuts! :) Having done a CBT previously, the difference in the quality of tuition was remarkable.
The whole experience with Chippenham Phoenix was brilliant from start to finish. I can not fault the professionalism of all their friendly staff, the standard of both their tuition and their motorcycles, and the training school in general.
I now feel very excited about moving forward with my motorcycling, having found the right guys to get me there.
Thank you to everyone for making it such an informative and fun day :)

Everyone knows ‘ mirror, signal, manoeuvre’ well now I have ‘ lifesaver and p1,p2 and p3 etched into my brain. Very thorough training, learnt loads even though I’ve ridden before, thanks for a great day 👍🏼
