In search of a breakthrough
I had a lot of anxiety start to build prior to my session. I’m not sure why but my therapist’s demeanor quickly helped to expelled those feelings. It was easy to open up and share feelings and fears I’ve always felt ashamed to acknowledge let alone admit. This is my first ever attempt to receive professional help. This first session went so well that I’m looking forward to our next session with great hope that I’m on the right track for getting the help I need.

The process is as painless as it can be!
Nikki is phenomenal. I’ve never felt more comfortable with therapy. The booking process is easy. The location and also being able to do virtual sessions - AMAZING. I highly recommend this facility and staff.
