SCAM! Do not order from this junk site. Literally sent me NANDOS marinade and one pack of a cold meat when I ordered several cold meats and several bottles of a totally different marinade! Ruined my bbq. Defeats the purpose when I could easily go to the shop and buy NANDOS myself! I want my money back for the junk you’ve sent which still does not compensate for all the money spent with half items still absent!!! Scam!

I really did not want to leave a review but honestly, couldn't. Based on the review I left on 7th of August and the update on 11th of August, I received £20 credit. I wanted to try the chicken breast, so I ordered some with the credit but did not accept it as the minimum order value was £30. I had to order more and the only thing I needed was chicken breast.
The delivery arrived on time, but I cant tell how terrible was the quality. As soon as my husband opened the box, the whole kitchen smelled like rotten meat. They were spoilt and awful. I did not even open the package and just put it in the bin.
I really do not understand, the delivery charge is £7, is it too hard to make sure it is packed properly and kept cold on the way?
I can say this meat was out of fridge at least for 2 days.
I will never buy from this shop again and would recommend not to waste your money like me.

To be honest wasn’t thinking an online butcher could work but wow great quality great service i’ll be coming back again and recommending them !!!

Worst delivery service ever, I picked a date the order arrived in a different date I wasn't home when it arrived I found a destroyed box with melted smelly meat

Unfortunately I have to now out my review as low, this is a shame as I am a long time customer with the meat shop but our latest experience has been one of frustration. Our order arrived 3 days late. I had to chase them everyday through there customer service chat, email & speaking with their manager on the ohone everyday to find out what was happening and where my order was. Trying to get information and updates was a frustrating process. Supposedly we are meant to receive a £20 voucher as said by customer service manager due to late deliver and the total mess around we receive d from customer service but we did not receive this and it is not in my rewards. I feel let down and disappointed by this latest interation.

the steak i had bought is not bms 6-7 i am not satisfied with this purchase

I made an order for (Order #2200524)
1 KG Lamb of £16.00.
3 Lamb paya of £3.8.
And delivery fee of £7.
Due to delivery delay, 1 KG lamb got spoiled and requested for refund and i got refund for 1KG.
Now i paid £7 for a £3.8 is it justified service ? When i ask the samething to customer care they said Its DPD issue (Thier delivery partner). But you choose DPD as the parther right ? or my choice ? These kind of fraud or mismanagement should be punished heavily.

Order from onlinemeatshop every month. It’s my go to grocery and meat shop. Absolutely love it!
