Page load times are good for my Indian audience and the cPanel is easy to navigate. Support team is friendly and they reply in proper English which is rare these days with budget hosts. Achi service hai, will continue with them.

I was hesitant at first to go with a non-Japanese host but a developer friend recommended OBHost. After 6 months I have zero regrets. The Singapore node gives me good latency for my Japanese users and the cPanel is intuitive even for a non-native English speaker like me. Their support is patient and walks me through anything I do not understand. Arigatou OBHost team.

I bought shared hosting plan 5 months ago for my small blog. Setup was easy and cPanel access works fine. Speed is okay not the fastest I have used but for the price it makes sense. Two times my site was slow during peak hours and support said it was a temporary network issue. They fixed it but it happened twice which is why 3 stars. Otherwise the team is polite and helpful.

Service est correct mais pas parfait. I host two websites with them since last summer. La connection est stable la plupart du temps and prices are reasonable compared to local providers. J'ai eu un downtime issue once which took around 2 hours to fully resolve. Support replied fast but the fix was slow. Documentation in french would help arabic and french speaking users.

I tried to migrate two sites over
Tech support was lazy. Despite explaining detailed problems I receive back single sentences for my concerns. In the end, I had no choice but to find alternative hosting. This was part of a trial period.

I have lost all my data and…
I have lost all my data and applications from the old server. A data center should have a backup or at least keep the files in the old server when they launch new server. They call it migration but there is nothing being migrated as the new IP and server is totally empty. I have pay huge sum to get developer to re-install the application and lost my data.

Spam/Phishing emails
Spam emails, phishing emails, and malicious web content are being hosted here. Abuse ticket was opened, proof of abuse was supplied. Host closed ticket without reply or remediation. Re-opened the ticket as the abuse still occurs - ticket was closed again with in 5 minutes, without remediation or even a reply. Host is most likely a Fraud Operation. My opinion would be to AVOID this host as any host who willingly allows such blatant abusive content on their network doesn't care about YOUR online safety or YOUR online privacy and insists putting users and their data at risk.
