Iris from the Melbourne office was so caring and attentive which made the online purchase experience very comfortable. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the diamond with other options and additional videos so I know I would not be disappointed. The supporting team members afterwards were also very impressive, only had limited time to collect in person and they made it happen. Couldn't be happier with my new pink diamond ring. Thank you!

My husband had booked the appointment as a surprise for my birthday, so we were really hoping for a special and enjoyable experience, but it didn't quite live up to our expectations. Although Yen showed us a selection of diamond necklaces, we didn't feel that the service was as attentive or personalised as we had hoped. Some of the explanations about lab-grown diamonds and the 4 Cs felt rushed, and we were left feeling that we didn't have enough time or information to properly compare the different options.After trying several settings, I eventually found a pendant I liked, but the overall experience felt more pressured than relaxed. There was also a strong focus on purchasing the chain alongside the pendant, which made the process feel more like a sales experience than the special birthday appointment we had imagined. Considering the price of the jewellery, we expected a much higher level of customer service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, we left feeling disappointed rather than excited about our purchase. Overall, this wasn't the memorable birthday shopping experience we had hoped for, and based on our experience, I would think twice before recommending Novita Diamonds.

was in the market for an engagement ring, went to 3 shops with Novita diamonds being one of those. first impressions count and didn’t Monah from Novita diamonds parramatta leave a lasting impression. decision was made that afternoon to go with Novita diamonds and the process from start to finish in picking the ring to delivery was effortless. constant updates and great communication from Monah the whole time.
Highly recommend Novita diamonds and to ask for Monah for anyone in the market for rings she was superb and the ring was flawless.

My experience was disappointing overall. The service did not meet my expectations, and the staff didn't seem very knowledgeable about what to recommend. They also didn't do a good job of working within the budget I had provided.

Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with this Novita Diamonds which included being lied to multiple times.

I wanted to compare two sizes of studs in person so I called to ask if they would have them. The woman on the phone told me she couldn't check right then but to note it in the booking form when I make an appointment.
When made the appointment I specified the sizes but when I turned up, they told me they didn't have one of them in stock.

I decided on the ones they had in stock and purchased them. On the way home I received a call to tell me she sold me the wrong size and requesting I return them.

When I got home I checked the size and my receipt and they were correct. I told her this and she responded that the label is correct but the stock was not. At that point I noticed the label said 18ct instead of 9ct white gold which was what I purchased.

I called her to understand better why she said it was the wrong size. She then told me that actually they had sold me display stock and they were not under warranty. At this point it was clear she didn't want to tell me the truth. I asked her if they accidentally sold me the 18ct gold and let her know if that is the case I would be happy to bring them back.

After a long pause she told me that isn't what happened. She said she would check with her team and call me back.

When she called me back she doubled down on the lies and said they didn't know what they sold me and it could even be silver. Upon checking their website I could see they don't seem to sell silver at all.

In the end her manager called me and told me the truth, which was exactly as I suspected, they accidentally gave me the 18ct gold. They offered to send a courier to pick them up but at this point I didn't trust them to send me the correct studs in return so went out of our way again to return to the store and fix their mistake.

I received the ring back within 10days and this was great service too as we live in the NT outback
