Walked into NCF Thurrock today in search of a bed for our new house purchase. Raj did an amazing job finding us a good deal in no time! Would definitely recommend paying a visit!

Nas at Leeds has been fantastic, I didn’t feel hassled or like he was trying to upsell products I didn’t want. We found a sofa we really liked and was very accommodating to us. We weren’t sure whether it would fit, whether the house would complete on time etc but instead of being pushy he informed us of the home buyers scheme. Thank you Nas for you customer service!

Danielle@Merry Hill was really excellent. She was professional and friendly, explaining all options clearly, and pointing us in the direction of dining tables that would meet our requirements. She was not pushy and let us take our time choosing what we wanted. She wrote down all options and explained all costs clearly. Would definitely recommend and would come back here for other furniture purchases.

We purchased a Sorrento Ottoman sofa from NCF on 12 April and were advised of an estimated lead time of 12-14 weeks. Throughout the waiting period, we found ourselves repeatedly having to chase for updates, as communication was limited and information was only provided when we contacted customer services ourselves.

After waiting approximately four months, the sofa was finally delivered on 10 August. However, during installation, the delivery team discovered that it had been manufactured incorrectly with two right-hand arms, making assembly impossible. The sofa was immediately taken back, and we were informed that a replacement would need to be ordered.

Since then, we have contacted customer services on multiple occasions but are still waiting for a confirmed replacement delivery date or any meaningful update on the status of our order. The most disappointing aspect of this experience has been the lack of proactive communication throughout the process. At every stage, we have had to chase for information ourselves.

We appreciate that the external delivery team were not responsible for the manufacturing error and were professional in their handling of the situation. However, after waiting over four months for a sofa that we still do not have, the overall experience has been extremely frustrating.

Mistakes can happen, but customers should not have to continually chase for updates while being left without the furniture they have paid for. Unfortunately, based on our experience so far, we cannot recommend NCF.

We came back to purchase our sofas today from Csilla in Uddingston. She was very helpful, gave us all the sizes, help us chose the right colour. So far really pleased with the service in this shop

Absolutely fantastic service.. didn't feel harassed into buying. Very happy with the level of insurance on my purchase too. Margo @Chester is lovely & very knowledgeable.
