Jason at your Chester store looked after us today. At not having a clue about what type of sofa bed to look for, Jason took us around the store and showed us each one in fine detail. He was very attentive to mine and my husband's different preferences-(we rarely agree);until he eventually found us one we both loved. He then matched two chairs for us too. He also showed us a three piece suite we also fell in love with and bought today. We also needed a new mattress for our bed and he found us the perfect one. Your customer service is outstanding. Thank you for being so patient with us. Thank you so much Jason. You are a star!

ONCE MONTH SINCE REJECTING DAMAGED SOFA UDATE ! Well still no refund ! Still no progress ! Still been robbed of £1,400 by NCF ! I’m still ringing everyday , still going into store, still being palmed off by the same excuses . When I speak daily to an advisor they all promise to ring back the same day with any updates ,even call me if there are no updates , ask me have they ever rang me back ? Not a chance have they ! They have received it back weeks ago and are basically doing nothing about it , Please be very very careful before ever making a purchase from this terrible company , their customer service really is laughable ( well I would laugh if they hadn’t robbed £1,400 of my hard earned cash , please please give this company a very wide berth , my continued nightmare of an experience should be warning enough , Avoid at all costs !!!! Take your money and spend it elsewere

Graham @ Uddingston took the time to ask what we were looking for, I had measurements of my suite to give us a guide of sizes, Graham took the time to measure any suite I asked to check the size as we have a low window and didn't want the couch higher than a certain hight, he had the patience of a Saint with us until we finally found the perfect 3 and 2 seater suite.

Shaun at Stoke was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to explain everything clearly and answer any questions we had.. At no time did we ever feel the hard sell and would recommend him to friends and family.

AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!!

My relative who is 92 and registered blind purchased a settee from the Bradford shop, whilst the staff at the shop were helpful at the time of buying it when we told them about the fault they asked my relative to send in a picture or video of the fault, it is still under warranty. My relative has a white stick, and a disability lanyard which he wears all the time so that people are aware. He explained that he does not have a phone that will do that it only makes and recieves calls and text messages. They insisted they needed an email with photos and told him to ring customer services. I did ring for him and got the very same answers that is their policy ! I asked if they had heard of the Disability Discrimination Act and was told they didn't believe this was discrimination and couldn't he find someone to do it for him, I said he didn't know anyone which is true. I asked to speak with a Manager and was told they didn't give the Managers numbers out but we could email them. I live too far away to travel to take a photo also the fault seems to be under the settee and it took 2 strong men to deliver it, I am a 76yr old woman ! We went round in circles on the phone and got absolutely nowhere so Trading Standards I think !
