Had fantastic flawless experience with a young lad that goes by the name of calum. He wad very helpful during the whole process and had very good knowledge, and no problem was to small.

Visited NCF Living today and Arif helped us. He was honestly great. So friendly and helpful, listened to what we needed and explained everything really well. Made everything easy and stress free for us. Would definitely recommend.

i originally left a 5 star review due to the amazing man we dealt with when buying our sofa, the store compeltly lies about delievery dates so please do not trust this! it feels like they only told us these dates to tell us what we wanted to hear and since then there’s nothing nobody can do. Really sad as it’s a lovely store but no one can help us now we’ve already spent the money. sofa was meant to be delivered between 7-9 weeks and by the looks of it it will be between 9-11 weeks and no one wants to know us. really sad

This company is a shame, a regret and not worthy. I made purchase since 02/06/2026, today being 27/07/2026, no date of delivery. None of their team has an idea about when my order will be delivered. My order was a sofa and a bed set and, that is my biggest mistake. This is not an organization because nothing is organized about them. Rude and disrespectful staff.
