We are very impressed with NCF Living in Chester which we visited yesterday on our hunt for new lounge furniture. Margo, the sales assistant was very knowledgable about the products we were interested in & won us over with her easy going, no pressure attitude. Sales staff who follow people around the store employing pressure tactics have caused us, to stop listening, lose interest in deciding which product to choose & leave the store. Margo is great in her approach & once we’ve made a decision regarding the furniture, we’ll be returning to purchase. Thank you NCF & Margo.

Fantastic customer service from Shannon in the Stockton branch, not pushy and very friendly /knowledgeable as are all the staff aswell . Bought a new mattress as the prices are decent and will be taking a look in the future for other furnishings.

Went to Chester back to see Jason we had been in before we went on holiday and saw a sofa we liked so went back today the store was very busy but Jason welcomed us back and we bought the sofa really lovely team at the Chester store can’t wait for the sofa to arrive now 😊

Lots of options at great prices. Morna in the Edinburgh store was very helpful without making us feel pressured. Left with info and came back a week later to order our lovely new sofa. Thanks Morna! (Now lets hope it arrives as expected!)

Andy at the Cardiff store was really helpful. Gave us space to look around without us feeling pressured but was there to help with any questions. We ended up ordering a beautiful sofa and the whole experience was smooth and swift, thank you!
