Went into the Chester Store today and was served by Jason very friendly and knowledgeable we picked dining table set with chairs high back chair.Very happy with service.Will be back.

Ordered 4no chairs off the website. Paid £50 for delivery which we thought was excessive at the time. Waited about a week and half for the delivery. Other retailers offer next day for that sort of price. Only 2 of the 4 chairs were delivered. We are a further week in and after 2 calls to customer services who have acknowledged we should of had 4 we have still not had a reply to when the missing chairs will be delivered. Emailed them this evening but reading some of the other reviews it seems we will be waiting a good while.

Bought a sofa and a dining table in June. They told me I should receive the items end of july. Haven't received the items yet. Current delivery date 18 September 🤣. Lets see if they ever arrive

Dave at the MK store was great when we visited and again when we came back to purchase one. He was friendly, approachable and not only answered all our questions and gave us more info that we hadn’t thought about. Thank you so much, excellent customer service! There was no pressure and a very relaxed atmosphere from our first visit to our second where a purchase was made. Vithu was knowledgeable and friendly and made us at ease

Really good experience at the merry hill store. TK was great he showed us different sofas, was patient with us being very indecisive and talked us through the sales process including delivery and warranty. Could not have asked for a better sales rep.

The staff at your Merry Hill store was very help and appeared to be very joll. Staff was very happy to answer questions we had which made the overall experience better.

Kevin was very helpful in the Edinburgh store. Came in found the perfect sofa and purchased without any problems. No pushy sales like we have received previously. Would definitely recommend them 😁.
