Great experience

We were welcomed from the moment we entered the show room. Arif was very knowledgeable, showed us many products and gave us ample opportunity to make our mind up without any pressure.

Sofa purchase

Wanted some sofas for our house and was dealt with by Brian. A true gentleman and very helpful and soft spoken human being. Answered all our questions and concerns with pride and dignity. Helped us in choosing our dream sofas. Brian made sure we was at ease and not pressurised in to doing anything hastily. He gave us our space when we needed it and helped out when we asked for it. Thank you ncf ans Brian

CHESTER STORE

We Visited the chester store last week and returned again today to purchase the simba sofa.
On both occasions we spoke to Jason.
Jason was very helpful and welcoming and ensured he answered all our questions over a cup of tea
There was no sales pressure. In all a pleasant experience. Would recommend this store to our family and friends

Poor Aftersales / Customer Services

I purchased an exdisplay sofa & chair for £1299. The staff instore recommended someone they use to deliver such items & I went ahead with them. When the delivery took place one if the delivery people scratched one of the dark glossy legs. I went to the Edinburgh store where the staff are nuce but Customer Services were very unhelpful. I was informed that because it was exdisplay they could not help. I asked if they could source me a new leg & I would of course pay but was told they don't have spares & wouldn't give me the manufacturers details and could not help any further. I understand there is no comeback with exdisplay furniture but £1299 is a lot of money to me & they recommended the delivery people.
After having the sofa for one week wirh minimum use, one of the legs fell off. I regret buying from this company & will not shop there again or recommended to family & friends.
