Mark was amazing! He explained all the details of the delivery for my furniture, stain protect insurance, and was so lovely and personable. Not pushy at all - let me explore my options in my own time and was there to help me when I came back in to purchase. Couldn't recommend him highly enough!

We visited Chester store today, lovely Debbie was extremely helpful and helped us choose the perfect sofa for our family. We visited the store with our children and Debbie@chester was very friendly and offered us all a hot drink whilst browsing around the store and got the kids involved into finding the right sofa for us all to enjoy. Extremely happy with the customer service we have received and Debbie@chester is a credit to the store

AVOID - they will rip you off. We purchased a mattress and spent almost £1,000 on it - thinking we were buying a quality product.
The mattress that was delivered was not the same type of mattress as reviewed within the store. This is like sleeping on a bed of bricks, and unlike the comfortable mattress they have displayed, it was not remotely like the mattress we based our choice upon and have now departed with £1k for the pleasure ! Customer services are next to useless, completely fobbed us off - we called within the first week after delivery as per their terms to tell them of the issue. The first call they said because we had opened the packaging we could not return it - how do we know what the mattress is like if we don't take it out of the packaging ?? for weeks they have just completely ignored us, they dismissed a third party's report (someone NCF sent themselves) stating the mattress was fine when the Report said it wasn't. The mattress now stands in our hallway. Unfortunately they have now forced us to make a claim through the Small Claims Court. This Company are Scam artists with zero customer care when a problem arises.

Bought a gorgeous U shaped sofa and Andrew from Swansea was really helpful with his knowledge and helping us choose our perfect sofa.

Bought a 2 and a 3 seater sofa. Store and sales staff very good. Relaxed experience. Nice sofas.
Delivery by Furdeco a nightmare with staff barely able to communicate. One sofa damaged when unloading.
Contacted NCF office via email to report damage on day of delivery and via web contact form one week later. Not having any communication from the office, I went to the store where I was told that my complaint had been logged.
I still haven't a clue what is going on and I'm tempted to ask for a refund as it's within 14 days of delivery
