Went into NCF this morning just to have a look at some sofas, Holden was welcoming and chatty. We found our dream sofa, with the help and advice from Holden. He was thorough with everything he told us. Really happy with the service we received.

I have written a review before about no communication when trying to find delivery date. My sofa was delivered on the 31st july which was exactly 8 weeks got my call an hour before they arrived, i can honestly say the delivery company were second to none the 2 guys were so nice and friendly. couldnt go in front door so put it over fence and it came straight in back door. They assembled it all without any hassle, I can't praise them enough.

I have just bought a beautiful sofa this morning at a great price and quality. The service was excellent. Mark was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative about the items. A very pleasant experience. I will definitely be back in the future

I was looking for a 3 piece suite on a tight budget and was able to get one at NCF Living in Uddingston. It is coming quick Neil in the Uddingston store said around 2 weeks for delivery which was far better than the other shops I went to. Looking forwards to it

I visited NCF Leeds and everyone was very friendly and welcoming, which is why I decided to purchase a sofa from them. Unfortunately, everything changed once they had my money.

I have been waiting for months and I still haven’t received my sofa. I was originally told that delivery was free, but later I was informed that I had to pay an additional £99 delivery charge. This was never explained when I made the purchase.

The customer service has been absolutely terrible. They have ignored my emails, and when I called to ask for an update, they were rude and aggressive and even slammed the phone down on me. Instead of helping, they made the whole experience even more stressful.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people not to use this company. What started as a pleasant experience has turned into months of waiting, unexpected charges, poor communication, and unacceptable customer service. I genuinely regret buying from NCF Leeds and would not recommend them to anyone. I honestly don’t know how this company is running still.

We placed an order GAOM4947, for two sofas on the 17th of April 2026, we were told it would be 13–15 weeks for delivery. On the 23rd of July (13 weeks and 6 days since order) a text message was sent informing that the sofas were now not expected to arrive in their warehouse until w/c 10th September.
We sent an email on the 24th July stating Section 75, as we paid the deposit by credit card, and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and requesting cancellation of the order.
We were told the delay was due to delays during shipment to the UK from the manufacturer and were offered a £100 refund as a gesture of goodwill. We refused this and asked for cancellation.
A further email was sent by us on 29th July confirming, again, cancellation and it was only today that Jennifer emailed back saying “I will now request this with my management team and advise you of the update when I have had a response to this request.”
This is all very frustrating. There is no phone number to call, you cannot go into store and to be initially told of the new information by a non personalised text message is just not on…… and 11 days since we received that text this order is still not cancelled.

Sales guy was great at derby and been trying to help us unfortunately the customer service team are dreadful and lie to you! I had my delivery on the 27th July to only recieve half my sofa! I received two bottoms and no backs so the delivery company took one back and leaving me with an un safe unusable one but me think this was a simple mistake and would be sorted in a day or 2, but no how wrong was I a week later and still have no delivery date despite being told I would have one today 3rd August. I have an Austic 5year old which I have made them aware and been left with a dangerous part of the sofa with metal prongs sticking out and wires exposed which I have told them my daughter has already hurt herself on but they genuinely don't care. Honestly avoid this company my dad also ordered the same sofa at the same time and he has received his damaged and not working 3weeks later refusing to replace and not been repaired after care is an absolute joke!

Visited the Swansea store and was warmly welcomed by Jon. I was concerned after visiting other furniture stores as I felt pressurised by them to make a purchase when I had already mentioned I was keeping my options open until I had looked around.
I’m pleased to say there was none of this and was given some excellent knowledge and advice. After spending some time considering our options I’m glad to say I’ll be returning to your store to make my purchase imminently. Thanks Jon 🤩

Used this company twice,for both lounge suite and dining table and chairs.
We were given excellent service and advice.
Delivery is quick,with extra help if required.
No pushy selling so you can take your time to browse and make your decision.

Awful scamming company, the good reviews are all fake and prompted by staff in store whilst they watch you open the QR code to review. Nice in-store staff but don’t be fooled! They use an awful delivery company who are clearly unreliable. Don’t fall for the “delivery in 7 days” as stated on the website, it’ll be minimum 2 weeks and that’s if you chase them up every day. Had two mattresses from them, both damaged and they’ll only offer £49 refund or a full refund with hassle of taking more time off work for it to be collected.
