Was in the Swansea store looking for stools for a breakfast bar, spoke with Jon who was knowledgeable and genuinely not pushy. Top man but unfortunately did not have what the wife had in mind.

We’ve made two visits to the store, and dealt with Simmy both times. All I can say is- thank god, he was absolutely quality. There was nothing he didn’t know when we had so many questions, he was fantastic. Made us feel at ease, just his character stood out massively as he helped us along the way. My mam even cuddled him on the way out as we were that pleased with our purchase, but especially his customer service. 10/10

Lovely big showroom, warm, comfortable and inviting. No hassles or pushiness from salespeople. Brendan full of knowledge and and made you feel at ease straight away. The hot drinks were a bonus! Brendan went above and beyond to help. Great service would highly recommend! Will be back again in future!
