Another 10 days gone by and NCF transport manager has still not found our missing 3 seater settee which was meant to be delivered a week last Wednesday between 7am and 4pm and of course it wasnt no reason given and now it appears to be lost. Despite calling everyday for an update the answer is the same "the transport manager " is looking into it so I would suggest employing a new transport manager one who can actually do the job.Our order was supposed to be delivered at the end of May we are now at the end of July at this rate we will be lucky to have it by Christmas. We have now contacted the television program Watch Dog and from what we hear NCF have been investigated by them in the past if only we knew that before we ordered with them. For any NCF people reading this our order no is CAOM1185 and please dont bother with an apology because we know by now they are absolutely worthless.
