Went to the Warrington store today as we wanted a new mattress for our bed, we had a great experience and managed to purchase exactly what we wanted. Tom was extremely informative and helpful and explained which mattresses to try after listening to our needs. The transaction in store was very easy and we were highly impressed! Thanks Tom

Came into the Chester branch today and Jason was at hand to help. me and my partner came in and felt no pressure to buy , but Jason was on hand with any questions we had , really happy with our purchase

I had a really positive experience at NCF Furniture in Highgate, thanks to Usman. He was extremely polite, helpful and professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly and provide all the information we needed.

We were looking for sofa beds, but unfortunately I was in a hurry and couldn’t make a purchase on the day. However, Usman was so helpful and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I was genuinely impressed by his customer service and will definitely be going back soon to purchase our sofa bed.

We visited NCF Highgate today and met Usman who was very professional, friendly and helpful. We didn’t buy the furniture today as we are not moving into the property just yet, but Usman was still happy to spend time with us and give us some really useful advice without putting any pressure on us.
